The systems in our bodies are very complex and they differ from species to species. Join us at the aquarium every other month as we dissect four of our main body systems; skeletal, respiratory, digestive, and reproductive.
2020-21 Theme: Body Systems
March 9: Digestive
To keep our strength and energy up, we must eat food with vital nutrients and proteins. Different animals eat different types of foods and need specialized digestive systems to break down the food into nutrients. Come join us as we BREAK it down and discover how various species digest their diets.
3 sessions available based on age group:
11:00-11:30am, Grades K-3
11:45am-12:30pm, Grades 4-6
1:00-2:00pm, Grades 7-12
